They evaluate existing systems and determine ways to better align those systems to support business operations for increased efficiency. They will assist with the installation, integration, and maintenance of equipment and programs and provide ongoing tech support.General Scope of Responsibilities:Co-administrator of Corporate Windows Servers in North America, Europe, and Asia.Co-administrator of the Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune Systems.Co-administrator of Cisco/Meraki Switches and Access Points in North America, Europe, and Asia.Tier 1 responder to Managed Detection and Response & Managed Risk systems.Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred or related degree or equivalent experience.2-5 years of supporting IT Infrastructure.Windows Server and Client Management experience.Experience with software deployment and patch management using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).Cisco Switch and Wireless Access Point network management experience.IT Security Management experience.Ability to Lead and Manage Infrastructure Deployment Projects.Proven technical troubleshooting skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to work with all levels of management and end-users.Additional Desired Skills:VMware vSphere Systems Administration experienceOracle and SQL Server Database Administration experienceTravel Requirements:
