Eligibility:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum 8+ of experience in supporting and implementing network routing, switching, and security products. Professional-level certifications from Cisco, Aruba, or Juniper are highly desirable.

Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably with professional-level certifications in Cisco, Aruba, or Juniper Networks, or equivalent experience.

Skills:

Network Technology Expertise:Demonstrated expertise in contemporary network technologies, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP4, IS-IS, IPv6, QoS, MPLS, VPN, DMVPN, and VoIP.

Technical Knowledge:Proficient in current network hardware, protocols, and internet standards, with excellent hardware troubleshooting experience.

Cisco & Juniper Equipment:Experience with Cisco routers and switches (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ASR, Meraki), Juniper firewalls, routers, and switches (MX, EX, SRX), and Aruba/HPE switching (Procurve or CX).

SD-WAN Experience:Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies such as Silver Peak, Versa, Viptela, or VeloCloud is a plus.

Advanced Networking Architectures:Experience with advanced Leaf/Spine architecture and Cisco DNAC with SD Access capability is advantageous.

Cloud Platforms:Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

Testing and Quality Assurance:Competence with testing tools and procedures for voice and data circuits.

System Hardware Skills:In-depth knowledge of server hardware, network devices, and their configurations, including experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Interpersonal Skills:Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a user-friendly manner.

Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Customer Service Orientation:Strong customer service orientation, capable of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Research Skills:Ability to conduct research into networking issues and products as needed.

Prioritization Skills:Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Description:The IT Infrastructure Manager will oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure to support organizational goals. This role involves leading enterprise network projects from initiation through completion, including scope definition, design discovery, low-level architecture design, testing, and operational support. The ideal candidate will work both independently and collaboratively, engaging with cross-functional teams, project management, and client stakeholders from engineers to executives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy unique client LANs and WANs, including servers, routers, switches, and SD-WAN technology.

Lead complex routing and switching network design consultations with client representatives to gather requirements and develop advanced network architectures aligned with client objectives and best practices.

Configure and maintain network infrastructures to ensure smooth and reliable operation, addressing issues across platforms and escalating to third-level support when necessary.

Conduct in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding network configurations, mappings, processes, and service records.

Implement and uphold policies and procedures for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery planning.

Collaborate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to procure network products and services.

Stay informed about industry developments by conducting research on network products, services, protocols, and standards.
