Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst - Network

We are supporting a multinational company in a search for an IT Analyst.This professional will work with IT infrastructure project management with a major focus on network activities. He/she will collaborate with the global network team to develop and manage complex projects in the LA region, guaranteeing the delivery of innovative solutions aligned with Electrolux needs. He/she will interact with external and internal technology areas and other Electrolux managers.In this position, the professional should help the business and infrastructure areas in project architecture and scope elaboration, search for technological solutions, set up IT costs, prepare schedules, and manage project deliveries. The candidate should have knowledge of project methodologies and extensive knowledge in IT infrastructure environments, mainly in security and networking.Responsibilities:Design and implement robust, stable, and scalable network solutions using the Cisco Catalyst ecosystem, including legacy and 9000 series (IOS and XE).Manage and optimize Switching and Wireless infrastructures, as well as the DNA Center.Apply advanced knowledge of dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.Integrate concepts of SD-WAN and SD-Access into existing network environments.Work with Operational Technology (OT) environments to ensure network security and efficiency.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Experience with leadership and change management of IT processes.Autonomy, self-management, and creativity.Focus on innovation.Computer networks: LAN, WAN, WLAN, and other TCP/IP network protocols (Firewall, proxy, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Ethernet, Profinet).Information security and security protocols (SSL/TLS, SFTP, VPN, 802.1X, SAML, RADIUS, LDAP, VLAN, Multifactor Authentication).Experience in network cloud computing (MS Azure).Proven experience with Cisco, BlueCoat, Checkpoint, Juniper, and Bluecoat hardware and software.Experience in management and configuration of Cisco switches and wireless hardware.Experience in WAN and SD-WAN project implementation.Experience in Cloud PBX (VoIP/SIP) projects.Experience with Zscaler technology.Ability to develop network architecture solutions.Knowledge and experience in ITIL processes. ITIL Certification (desirable).Certification in Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching.Certification in CompTIA Security+ or CISM (desirable).Qualifications:Proven experience in network architecture and Cisco systems.Ability to work within multidisciplinary and matrix structures.Creativity in developing cost-optimized solutions.Skill in leading project analysts and operations teams in identifying and resolving network issues.Desired Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration with other architectural areas.Experience in leading digital transformation and continuous improvement projects.Ability to innovate and adapt to emerging technologies.Required Languages:English and Portuguese fluent, Spanish advanced/intermediate.
