Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leadership, providing expert guidance on employee relations, talent development, and performance management.Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding new hires (may collaborate with external recruiters).Oversee all people operations functions: talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations.Lead HR operations, ensuring adherence to federal and state employment regulations, managing benefits administration, insurance, compensation (cash & equity), employee handbook, and HR systems.Develop and implement performance management processes to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and achievement.Champion the company culture by promoting core values through programs that enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention.Analyze and develop metrics related to workforce planning, headcount, employee engagement, compensation, and compliance.Manage relationships and contracts with external vendors (benefits providers, insurance brokers, recruiting partners, etc.).Oversee company health & welfare, long-term incentive, and compensation plans.Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety protocols and communication.Maintain employee files, manage status changes, and provide required reporting on headcount, benefits, and compensation.Collaborate with IT vendors to manage employee onboarding/offboarding, assist with HR technology, and approve access requests.Perform additional HR and administrative tasks in support of company objectives.Partner effectively with other departments (payroll, finance, business development).Prepare high-level summaries for presentation to senior management and the board.Requirements

3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.Strong HR operations background, with experience in benefits and leave of absence administration for 50+ employees.Proven ability to partner with leadership and manage complex HR initiatives.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Proficiency in HR software and information systems.A passion for building and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.Benefits
