You will be responsible for all aspects of HR functions and people management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.Process bi-weekly company payroll.Maintain HR systems and processes.Conduct performance and salary reviews.Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.Design and implement employee retention strategies.Identify, evaluate and solve hiring challenges.Recruit top talent.Mediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputes.Interview potential candidates and make recommendations.Compile information about compensation and benefits packages based on market data.Assess and implement benefit plans and annual renewals.Demonstrate strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee the HR department and work with all employees within the company.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required (Preferred).5+ years of experience in human resources management.Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Employment laws and regulations.Experience with ADP Work Force Now.Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills.Project and time management skills.Organizational skills.Proven expertise in solving problems.Budget management skills.Knowledge of computers to perform necessary tasks with common office and HR programs.Proficient in Microsoft Office required – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
