Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly motivated, well-qualified Associate to join our Workers’ Compensation team in Burbank, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Essential functions of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

Attorneys are expected to manage a docket of Workers' Compensation cases to resolutionAssociates report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a team of paralegalsAssociates collaborate with Worker's Compensation staff to the extent necessary to achieve a high standard of excellence when serving clientsMust be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorneys as neededResponsible for bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

2+ years of Workers Compensation experienceExcellent writing and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar.
