Key Responsibilities
This role will be the firm's primary trial attorney. You will manage the entire case strategy from inception to trial.Oversee and manage the firm's litigation docket, ensuring the timely progression of cases through all phases of litigation.Provide visionary leadership to a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.Make informed decisions on which cases to litigate, considering both legal and business perspectives.Conduct regular case reviews, offering guidance and expertise to ensure the highest standards of legal representation.Provide full legal representation to clients in employment lawsuits.Litigate employment-related disputes in trial.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
7+ years of experience in litigation.3+ years of experience in employment law.Extensive experience as a 1st chair trial attorney.Demonstrated leadership skills, with previous experience overseeing legal teams.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Candidates must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.Salary is commensurate with experience.
