HAP Tech, a subgroup of BRG’s Healthcare Analytics practice (HAP), is one of the firm’s largest and fastest growing teams. This innovative group is currently looking for talented and dynamic professionals to join us as we continue to grow! HAP Tech supports and advises pharmaceutical manufacturers on how to navigate the challenges and complexities of the 340B program as well as other areas of the healthcare ecosystem. Our team is the established market leader in data and technology solutions for 340B-related issues and we support an impressive client base which includes the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the US as well as early-stage biotech companies. Beyond our syndicated solutions, we also integrate and synthesize data to deliver unparalleled analytics and insights into various aspects of the 340B program and the pharmaceutical supply chain.
As a UX Researcher, you will work closely with the design manager and UI/UX designers, utilizing your passion for communicating the user's voice and incorporating it throughout the design process. You’ll be responsible for conducting user-experience (UX) research, analysis, and persona development, for both existing and new software.
Responsibilities
Can own the development of research and insights that drive the way our organization understands and designs for our customers and user groupsDemonstrated experience integrating consumer research into a business's product design practiceStrong knowledge of User Research methods such as Usability Testing, Concept Testing, User Interviews, Unmoderated Remote Studies, User Surveys, Prototype Testing, Contextual Inquiry, Heuristic analysis, Competitive Analysis & Benchmarking, etc.Demonstrated experience with product usability testing tools in the product development process to help research, create, and test digital representations of work by leveraging specialized UX toolsDemonstrated experience utilizing methodology concepts for analysis and brief findings to organizations as necessaryCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to develop a comprehensive research strategy aligned with business goals
The User Experience Researcher will be expected present research findings to the design manager, product managers, and engineering teams, utilizing strong communication skills and passion for communicating the user's voice and incorporating it throughout the design process.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in relevant field3+ years of experience of solid UX research experienceCompelling portfolio of design projects that demonstrates clean designs and a strong processis preferred, but not requiredDemonstrated experience working in UX, Visual Design, or IA within multi-disciplinary teams (both technology and design)Ability to work in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous conditions requiring rapid transitions between collaborative and individual workStrong problem solving and analysis abilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with remote project teamsAbility to participate in collaborative team events
