Description:This role will be supporting the CX organization (Customer Experience).As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences in order to inform the design and development of digital products and experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to gather insights and data that will guide decision-making throughout the product development process.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and focus groupsAnalyze and interpret research findings to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvementCollaborate with design and development teams to translate research insights into actionable design recommendationsCreate user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user insights and inform design decisionsWork closely with stakeholders to prioritize research goals and deliver actionable insights that drive product innovationStay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX research and design
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
