Ownership of research, design, wireframes, prototypes on a product-design roadmap for risk decision technology. This includes managing the designs for future feature sets, prioritization of the user flows, designs and tradeoff decision making.Be the subject matter expert, help with product-design related questions and hands-on design, research and constructing the wireframes for technical workflow discussions.Speak multiple "languages" while working closely with creative, product, business, strategy and tech from intake to launch and beyond - this means being able to see the big picture, and figure out the small details simultaneously.Ensure quality and consistency of UX deliverables including developing site maps, process flows, wireframes, functional specifications; preparing and conducting user validation and/or usability testing sessions and other forms of qualitative and quantitative customer research; and developing user profiles, personas and scenarios.Work in collaboration and communicate effectively with key cross functional teams that span across product, engineering, and management.Ensure adherence to design best practices, standards, brand consistency across all platforms.Drive design projects through all phases, from user research and exploratory prototypes to design reviews, delivery, and usability testing.Collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams that span design, product, engineering, and management.Participate in design reviews with a range of stakeholders across the organization.Qualifications:

Degree in computer Science, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent working experience - 2-4 years UX / Interaction experience designing consumer facing applications in cloud.Have technology or Banking industry experience. Have strong computer skills and firm grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping tools (Axure, Balsamiq, Sketch, Omnigraffle, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Captivate, Invision, Figma, Adobe), the Microsoft Office product suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Exceptional skills in ideation, sketching, concepting, brainstorming, and UX asset production. Ability to simplify and turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences.Strong portfolio showing breadth of UX Design work.Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Ability to create both high and low fidelity clickable prototypes.Clear and confident communicator with an affinity for visual storytelling.Preferred Qualifications
