Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Business Operations Specialist to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role is pivotal within the Customer Experience team within the Cloud and AI division, specifically supporting the Chief of Staff office. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing budget tracking, expense reports, and financial processes using advanced tools like Excel, Mercury, and Davinci. You will also oversee monthly communications, manage purchase orders and invoices, and support various ad hoc business management responsibilities.In this role you will:Tactical level coordination of cross-team Budget Management including Purchase Orders, Actuals, and ForecastingEstablish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organizationSupport Fiscal Month/Quarter/Year Close activities and communicationsManage financial reports, processes, and drive improvements in financial process managementSharePoint management for the team and support PowerBI Dashboard and Report enhancementsExecute ad hoc business management tasks to aid the Chief of Staff teamBenefits and Perks
