Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and other documentation to support business analysis activities.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate solutions meet business requirements.
Provide ongoing support and training to end users as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Knowledge of SQL and database management preferred.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
Prior experience in the [industry or domain relevant to the hiring company] is desirable.
