Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives. Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives. Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements. Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions. Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables. Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems. Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams.Responsibilities:This individual will be advocating and representing the development team.Will be creating user stories.Qualifications:Business analysis and requirement management experience throughout the entire product life cycle including analyzing, developing and documenting requirements, business rules, business process flows and use cases.Experience supporting multiple large-scale projects in one or a combination of the following: product owner, product manager or business analyst.Experience and understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC (System Development Life Cycle).Experience with API modeling languages and annotation (YAML, Swagger).Experience with API best practices.Strong Technical background and experience designing REST APIs.Experience and understanding of common WWW text formats & markup languages such as JSON, XML, HTML.Experience using tools like Postman, SoapUI.Competence with modern requirement management tools like Jira and/or Confluence.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Word, and Visio (PREFERRED).Thrives in fast-paced agile, dynamic environment and can track multiple, complex projects simultaneously (PREFERRED).Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau (PREFERRED).
