Active and Current Top-Secret/SCI with PolyJob Summary:Stillwater is looking for a highly motivated and diligent Access Control Specialist / Escort with a Clearance to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, visitors, and property within the designated area of responsibility.RESPONSIBILITIES:Observe personnel prior to entry and exit, and enforce policy adherence, per established processesBadge and Smartcard Management (Issuance, Renewal, Revocation, Inventory, Confiscation)Maintain visitor and access logbooksTrack and document citizenship verificationMonitor and Escort uncleared personnel (visitors, cleaning, and other services)Open and close secure work areas, to include safes, following defined proceduresMaintain visual contact and proper line of sight with uncleared personnelCovers breaks/reliefs for Site Leads and/or Access Control Specialist / EscortPrepare Shift Dailly Activity Reports (DAR) at the end of the shift or as directedPerform other related duties as assigned or requested by SupervisorRemain alert and always awake to provide appropriate Access Control and/or escorting individualsRespond professionally and courteously to all personnelWalk/Stand for up to 8 HoursWear appropriate work attire (required by company)QUALIFICATIONS:Must be 18 years of age or oldMust be a U.S. CitizenPossess High School Diploma/GED requiredPossess security clearance at TSC/SCI with Poly levelKnowledge of access control and escorting practices and proceduresPossess at least 1year experience in this functional role or similarPass a comprehensive background investigation and pre-employment drug screenHave access to reliable transportation to meet work schedule requirementsBe capable and willing to adjust work schedules to meet customer requirementsCommunicate effectively by reading, writing, and speaking in the English languageStillwater is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected class.
