SummaryAs a Business Intelligence Analyst II, you will be a key member of our Operations team, responsible for leveraging data to extract meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions across the company. Your role will focus on analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to business leaders. This position combines technical prowess in data handling with a keen analytical mindset to impact business outcomes directly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional duties may be assigned as required.)Design and execute data queries and conduct complex data analysis to support business decisions.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights and visualization of the data to stakeholders at all levels.Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions and recommendations.Use statistical tools and methodologies to analyze data, validate findings, and articulate insights in a clear and concise manner.Prepare and present regular insights to senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities based on data analysis.Collaborate with domain owners and data team to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.Train and support business users in self-service analytics tools to enhance their decision-making process.Continuously improve the business intelligence toolset by evaluating and implementing new data sources and analytics tools.

Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.5+ years proven experience in a business intelligence, data analyst, or similar role with a strong emphasis on analytics and data presentation.Strong technical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages.Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present these to non-technical audiences.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
