About the Role:

Are you the next Qventoid? We’re looking for a visionary, innovative Fullstack Engineer to develop AI-driven applications that enhance clinical decision-making. Join our dedicated team focused on building AI assistants to empower clinicians, ensuring technology complements human expertise within healthcare settings tied to our mission.

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will design and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly into the workflows of healthcare professionals, focusing on usability and impact. You will be at the forefront of creating prototypes and iterating on them rapidly to meet the dynamic needs of clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications focusing on high usability for healthcare professionals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and launch AI-enabled tools that support rather than substitute clinical staff.Implement and advocate for best practices in coding, testing, and deployment strategies, emphasizing agility and iterative improvements.Participate in design sprints and hackathons to rapidly prototype new ideas and interfaces, leveraging the latest in AI and machine learning technologies.Ensure the reliability and scalability of your solutions within the complex and security-sensitive environment of healthcare.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a strong portfolio in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies.Proficiency in both front-end and back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js).Experience with AI technologies and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

It’s a Plus if You Have…

Prior experience in healthcare technology or working closely with clinical teams.Familiarity with regulations and standards in healthcare technology, such as HIPAA.A background in behavioral science or data science, which supports our AI development initiatives.

The salary range for this role is $155,000 to $175,000. This salary represents market data's middle to the high end across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package.
