Responsibilities :Installs, repairs, maintains and rebuilds a wide variety of large complicated production machines, attachments and auxiliary equipment.Machine PM- responsible for assigning and closing recordsWorks from, schematics and specifications. Troubleshoots, dismantles analyzes and determines defects, diagnoses trouble and performs repairs to production machines, such as plastic injection mold machines and automatic equipment. Replaces pumps, motors, relays, switch motors, etc. Installs and maintains machine safety devices and shields.Responsible for building maintenance and site upkeepResponsible for all relevant OSHA, EPA documentation, and Safety documentation relating to the Maintenance departmentMust have experience in PLC’s, hydraulics, injection molding machine repairs and maintenance, along with some electrical knowledge.Must be a self-starter and capable of working productively with little supervision.Interact with Cell Members to diagnose and repair issues.Work with quality to write intelligent corrective actions/response plans.Direct management of all Maintenance TechniciansEvaluate Maintenance Technicians talent levels and recommend adjustments.Write Performance Appraisals when due.Write Employee Corrective Actions when necessary.Write Performance Appraisals when due.Write Employee Corrective Actions when necessary.Understand/Maintain/Enforce the published ITW Appliance Rules/Guidelines.Understand and react to staffing issues on the shift. Call-ins, vacations, mandated OTProficient Computer use, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Good verbal skills are required. This is needed so that coherent information can be passed between the shifts.Ability to understand and follow ITW core philosophies, USa (Understand, Simplify, Act), 80/20, PLS, 5S events, etc.Needs to be proactive not reactive with issues as they are presented.Work with Managers to achieve company goals.Must document accident reports and near miss reports.Ability to train as needed.Follow ISO procedures.Handle Projects (Create budget, and timelines to accomplish goal)Vendor Management.Preferred Skills and Experience Requirements

:Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the Injection Molding Industry, or similar industryMust be able to lift 50 lbs.Experience with ISO9001 requirements.High school diploma or GED
