Role: Pueo has an opportunity for an experienced TS/SCI cleared Agile Project Manager to join our team in Reston, VA. The Agile Project Manager will facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, within the Intelligence Community Integrated Environment (IC IE).

Roles And Responsibilities

The candidate will facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives,The candidate will ensure Agile practices are followed and serve as a coach to team members on Agile methodologies,The candidate will work with product owners to define and prioritize backlogs and roadmaps,The candidate will remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments,The candidate will support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog,The candidate will provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example,The candidate will ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible,The candidate will track progress and provide timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders,The candidate will facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team,The candidate will assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.

Qualifications

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field,The candidate must possess at least 12+ years of project management experience,The candidate must have a current DoD 8570 Requirement: IAT III Certification or the ability to acquire one within a 6-month grace period,The candidate must have experience with Agile development methodologies and project management,The candidate must demonstrate strong skills in leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving,The candidate must be able to engage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively,The candidate must be proficient in project management software tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

The Ideal candidate has expert-level experience managing Agile-based projects that involve a mix of skill sets, technical staff, admin staff, and executive leadership,The Ideal candidate has a recognized certification in Agile practices (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP),The Ideal candidate has experience working in a cybersecurity or information assurance environment,The Ideal candidate has a proven ability to mentor teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies,The Ideal candidate has exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of managing stakeholder expectations effectively,The Ideal candidate is able to effectively manage large-scale projects with significant complexity and high strategic value.

Salary: $150000 - $185000 per year
