Building strong cases and recording notes and documents in Filevine, the firm’s cloud-based case management software. Analyzing case-specific legal issues and documentation. Reviewing cases for filing. Preparing briefs for motions and filings. Attending necessary depositions, mediations, and court. Litigating cases that go to court. Cultivating professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Demonstrating leadership by exemplifying the firm’s values. Must be a license to practice law in Tennessee, and the license must be in good standing.
