is primarily responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting and networking, and building relationships face-to-face. The ideal candidate is a driven “hunter” of new business, and “farmer” of long term relationships – they possess outstanding interpersonal skills, and are detail-oriented.The Dallas office is highly productive & collaborative, and back to working in-house full-time.A day in the life of a successful

Procuring and maintaining new business through prospecting and networkingScheduling in-person meetings with prospective clientsProactively working with clients and staff to ensure deal flows smoothlyAttending industry conferences, trade shows, & other networking events to expand prospect baseFollowing up on leads from company seminars and marketing initiativesRequirements

candidate possesses the following skills & experience:5+ years of progressively more successful CRE investment sales or leasing experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skill, with an emphasis on conversational CRE terminology and conceptsStrong interpersonal skills, including creating and fostering long-term client relationshipsIntrinsically self-motivated, and able to work successfully in a team environment
