CFI Partners, LLC (“CFIP”) is currently recruiting for the 2025 Summer Investment Analyst internship program. CFIP is a multi-strategy credit firm that specializes in liquid leveraged credit, opportunistic credit, and traditional fixed income. CFIP was founded in 2005 and is based in Chicago.Responsibilities:Interns will work directly with CFIP’s research group to gain exposure to the fundamental credit research process. Interns receive credit analysis training from senior team members via CFIP’s structured curriculum and by assisting in day-to-day workflows. Duties include gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing corporate financial information to support the investment team’s investment process while developing an understanding of companies and industries. In addition, interns will be exposed to The Academy Group, the philanthropic partner of CFIP which is focused on developing inner city, underserved children into future professionals. At the end of the program, each intern will prepare and present an investment recommendation to the Firm’s Investment Committee.Qualifications:Class of 2026 pursuing a Finance, Accounting, or Economics degree.Demonstrated record of excellence and high achievement.Excellent work ethic and interest in investing.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Timeframe:8-week internship tentatively set for early June to early August.Opportunity for Full-Time Employment:CFIP expects to fill its future hiring needs primarily from its internship program. However, the future hiring needs of the firm are subject to change and CFIP cannot ensure that positions will be available.
