Essential Job Functions:

Support Operations Department with a variety of tasks such as updating processing receipts and maintaining purchase order records, computer tracking

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Drive the duty drawback process

Process inbound receipts in MAS and AREV

Generate ASN's for material receipt

Item Set up - Vendor set up in AREV / OI

Meet deadlines for completion of the delegated task

Provides internal and external department support

Maintain monthly purchase order files

*

Validate invoices

Develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary

Performs related / additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

1 year of related work experience

The ability to work a full-time / part-time schedule

Skills and Abilities:

Strong product knowledge

Good mathematical and analysis skills

Demonstrated customer service orientation

Accurate

and professional written and verbal communication

*

Strong organizational and planning skills

Driven to meet goals, generate results and overcome objectives

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MAS, Sage 100 computer systems

Education:

Minimum of a high school diploma general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education
