The Job:

We are currently recruiting a detail-oriented individual for an entry-level

Project Coordinator

role. The Project Coordinator will enjoy diverse responsibilities with a good work/life balance. The Project Coordinator will work with the managers, sales staff, and the finance department to understand the scope of the project; review materials, timelines, activities, and documentation to the point of completion. This person will be responsible for maintaining the coordination of multiple projects and ensuring that deadlines are met.

What You Will Be Doing As A

Project Coordinator :

Help with tracking budget expenses, reporting, and some AP/AR workWork closely with other teams to help systems and projects flowSchedule activities and coordinate communication meetings with the internal teamMaintain contact records and follow-up with customer service ordersResponsible for protecting and properly handling all confidential informationAnalyze statements and data to develop accurate reports and summariesDevelop communication guides and marketing materials as neededPost supply charts and manage logistics of materials with vendorsHelp with the development of new procedures and policies to streamline the processManage vendor relationships and maintain buying and expense log
