The Associate DevSecOps (DSO) Engineer is crucial in maintaining the environment that enables the software development factory at Auria. This role focuses on maintaining the infrastructure for software development, build, and test. This position demands technical expertise, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a strong customer service orientation.Minimum Qualifications:2-4 years of hands-on technical experience with a Bachelor’s degree or greater, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Information Technologies, Software Engineering, or other applicable discipline.Understanding of DSO and security principlesExperience in continuous delivery and deployment tools and best practices.Experience in version control and branching strategies.Experience in configuration management.Experience in broad cloud infrastructure topics (images, snapshots, storage, identity management, network segmentation, firewalls).Experience in OS system administration for VMware, Windows, Linux, and Mac.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system, network, and server issues using network and server monitoring tools.Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory and Domain Controller instances.Experience in customer service and support, including knowledge base and support ticket administration and using remote support tools.Familiarity with levels of government standard compliance and security in the DSO lifecycle.Preferred Qualifications:1-2 years of hands-on experience with managing/maintaining DevOps tools, including (but not limited to):

Any AWS Certifications: Cloud Practitioner, SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer.Security+ with Continuing Education (CE) or equivalent certification under DoD 8570.01-M.Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.Familiarization with Agile software methodologies, tools, and approaches; will be part of and supporting product teams practicing Agile Scrum.Responsibilities:Sustain operational uptime and provide daily support via help desk ticketing system for DSO-related developer issues, software issues, data recovery, system upgrades, software upgrades, and configuration issues.System Administration of the various R&D and Product development environments: account management, tool management, system configuration, server maintenance to include logging and auditing, etc.DSO process best practice implementation, documentation, education & training.Maintain and configure GitLab and Jenkins for secure and efficient build and testing processes, including continuous integration and delivery.Create, standardize, and maintain test systems, troubleshooting connections, job failures, and security breaches.Oversee build machines, including system/security updates, backups, recovery, and integration of configured machines as runners into CI/CD pipelines.Support git repository setup and maintenance in a CI/CD environment, emphasizing version control and branching strategies.Implement and monitor security measures for systems, networks, and information.Soft Skills:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.“Get to Yes” attitude, fostering a collaborative environment with the developers.Ability to document work and procedures effectively.Independent work ethic with remote working capabilities.Aptitude for following instructions and working collaboratively.Strong engineering, architecture, research, and problem-solving skills.Ability and willingness to collaborate with team members and share information.Salary Range:
