We are currently seeking a licensed psychologist for our Burlington, Massachusetts, center (opportunities also available in Danvers and Marlborough).Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site are required.As a Clinical Psychologist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problemsInvolves patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriateConducts individual, family or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines. Option to develop and provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groupsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:

Clear and active Ph.D. or PsyD licensed in Massachusetts2+ years of experience providing direct psychotherapy servicesProven competent working with a wide range of clinical presentationsProven ability to commute to the location in-personPreferred Qualifications:

Experience with children or adolescentsExperience with couples or family counselingExperience with health psychologySignificant experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical settingKnowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions is highly valuedComfortable using computers - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMSComfortable completing diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and providing direct therapy in an outpatient clinical settingProven to be self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clientsProven ability to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures, if desiredProven forming excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinating care with internal and external providers
