We are currently seeking a licensed psychologist for our Burlington, Massachusetts, center (opportunities also available in Danvers and Marlborough).

Clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site are required.

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting moderate to severe social or mental behavior problems.

Involve patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate.

Conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines. Option to develop and provide time-limited psycho-educational groups or ongoing therapy groups.

Required Qualifications:

Clear and active Ph.D. or PsyD licensed in Massachusetts.

2+ years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services.

Proven competent working with a wide range of clinical presentations.

Proven ability to commute to the location in-person.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with children or adolescents.

Experience with couples or family counseling.

Experience with health psychology.

Significant experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting.

Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions is highly valued.

Comfortable using computers - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS.

Comfortable completing diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and providing direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting.

Proven to be self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Proven ability to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures, if desired.

Proven forming excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinating care with internal and external providers.
