The Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa is seeking a Rooms Division Manager in Training to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the industry. This position will provide hands-on training in all aspects of the Rooms Division, including front desk operations, housekeeping, and guest services.Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations of the Rooms DivisionProvide exceptional guest service and resolve any guest issues.Assist in managing and training front desk staff.Assist in managing and training housekeeping staff.Assist in managing room inventory and availability.Assist in reviewing room rates and revenue.Assist in managing departmental budgets and expenses.Assist in managing departmental policies and procedures.Assist in managing departmental safety and security.Requirements:
