The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department at our Hilton Head Island location. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.Responsibilities
Supervise and train food and beverage staff.Ensure quality service is provided to guests.Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.Develop and implement policies and procedures.Monitor and maintain financial records.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.Ensure that all guest feedback is received throughout the dining experience.Ensure all staff is adhering to local food and beverage liquor board guidelines.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in food and beverage managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and organizational abilitiesAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulationsProficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
