Clerical/Administrative SupportThis position has a hybrid work option. Up to two shifts per week may be performed remotely after the training period has concluded (roughly three months long) and so long as performance expectations are maintained.MaineHealth Cardiology is actively recruiting a candidate who is looking for a hybrid (semi-remote) work schedule. This is a scheduling specialist role serving our established patient community. The position is responsible for one to two shifts per week, remotely staffing our virtual phone operator system for inbound patient calls. This position is responsible for scheduling diagnostic testing visits, wound checks, hospital follow-ups, and other specialized visits. Candidates who have two years or more of medical office experience would be preferred. EPIC experience is a plus for any applicant.Position SummaryPosition is responsible for performing appointment scheduling for a high-volume multi-physician specialty care practice, including coordination of surgeries, and/or surgical procedures at multiple locations.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
