Lead Scheduling Specialist (Established Patient Scheduling)

This role is responsible for supporting a team of 9 other scheduling specialists in a large ambulatory physician practice. This team supports a wide array of scheduling needs for our established patient community, including in-house cardiac diagnostic testing, post-hospitalization care, and incoming switchboard call support. This role will be responsible for team support including data collection, new hire onboarding, and ongoing training. This role is 8a-5p, Mon-Fri. This role has the opportunity to have two remote (at-home) work days per week after approximately 6 months of training.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

Associate’s Degree or three years of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment required. Business Degree preferred.

License/Certifications:
