DescriptionLeidos is seeking a
Document Management Analyst
to work on-site in Washington, DC. You will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages your career development and growth.Typical Responsibilities Include:Perform moderately complex litigation support tasks, including, for example, detailed review and analysis of case materials in a broad range of subject matters, such as financial records, health care materials, and other litigation files;Detailed indexing of case filesDraft procedures for accomplishing litigation support assignmentsDocument acquisition related tasksConduct database searchesProofread and edit deliverable productsSometimes serve as a team leader for a larger group of Document Management Technicians and clerical support staffCollate and review evidence in newly submitted claimsResponsible for reviewing claim-related evidence, database management, and accurately documenting the steps per guidelinesMay assist with case management activities on an as-needed basisBasic Qualifications:One year of experience on major litigation support projects or an undergraduate degreeDemonstrated ability to work independently in a team environmentRequires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Oracle, Relativity, or other document review platforms, Trial Director, etc., or similar applications/databasesMust be a knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, database, spreadsheet, imaging, and telecommunications systemsStrong document review skill set (reviewing claims, patient records, etc…)Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust ClearancePreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a Government and/or Litigation Support environment in conjunction with basic qualifications, preferredExperience working with claimsUndergraduate degree preferredCurrent or active clearanceThis position is covered under the Service Contract Act and is subject to minimum requirements. Leidos ensures that all provisions are satisfied. The pay for this position will be $19.12/hr.
