Introduction\rGRADE20\rLOCATION OF POSITIONMDH - Eastern Shore Hospital Center, 5262 Woods Road, Cambridge, MD. 21613\rMain Purpose of JobThis position will be working closely with the SD Director, and the directors of other\rdepartments will prepare and deliver staff with the required competencies to\reach department. This involves planning and creating training programs for the\ritems listed by each department, delivering the training, and ensuring\runderstanding. This position will assess the staff's progress and consider and\radjust instructions based on the individual's learning style. Involvement begins\rwith the new employee's orientation and continues throughout the employee's\rcareer at Eastern Shore Hospital Center (ESHC).\rMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Determined by the Maryland State Board of Nursing under the licensing requirements for Registered Nurses.\rExperience: None. \rLICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS1. Candidates for positions in this classification must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Maryland State Board of Nursing, 4140 Patterson Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21215 or possess a current multi-state license inparty states that candidates have declared as primary states of residence. \r2. Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland. \r3. Employees in this classification may be required to successfully complete and maintain current certification of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training. \rSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS1. Employees in this classification are subject to call-in and, therefore, will be required to provide the facility with a phone number at which they can be reached. \r2.
