If you are passionate aboutwhat you do and having fun while doing it; tired of rigidand strict work environments and would like to work in anon-bureaucratic startup cultural environment, WorldLink maybe the place for you.We arelooking for a Copy & Creative Governance Lead who, as part of our Home Entertainment (HE) Consumer Marketing division, will be responsible for developing and stewarding brand messaging and copy for the HE division, which is comprised of TV, Home Audio, and Memory businesses. As a highly experienced messaging and copy lead, you will be responsible for overseeing both consumer marketing copy (i.e. advertising copy) as well as messaging toolkit development (i.e. feature/product messaging) that will be leveraged across all marketing assets and channels, such as Paid Media, Channel/Retail, CRM, Organic Social, .com.You will work closely with creative agencies, product marketing and internal cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, quality and consistency of brand copy, while also playing a crucial role in crafting messaging and creative briefs for agency partners. You will be expected to contribute to the agency briefing process, internal creative reviews, copy and messaging development, as well as final execution of engaging and impactful copy for various marketing initiatives to ensure we’re driving authenticity for our brand and breakthrough results.In addition to your role developing and managing the brand messaging and copy process, you will also serve as a gatekeeper for all brand advertising assets (cross-channel) to ensure HE brand/campaign guidelines, consistency and quality maintain brand standards. This will require working across Integrated Marketing teams to review, provide feedback and deliver a strong point-of-view for our marketing assets.Roleand Responsibilities:Development of Local Messaging/Comms Toolkits.LocalizeHQ assets to ensure creative relevance and impact for the US market.Developthe appropriate tonality, identity and voice of our brand that will inform copydecisions.Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to understand business goals, target audiences, andmessaging strategies.Createfeature, product and advertising messaging within a messaging comms toolkit forteams to leverage for their own copy requirements.Ensurelocal creative and consumer insights are leveraged to inform our copydirection.Developmentof Agency Messaging Brief.Contributeto the agency creative brief (namely around messaging strategy and honingconsumer insights).Developmessaging briefs for agency partners, outlining key objectives, targetaudiences, and brand positioning.Stayup-to-date with industry trends, competitive messaging strategies and bestpractices in copywriting and marketing communications.Management of Consumer Marketing Copy & CreativeDeliverablesWorkcollaboratively with creative agencies and cross-functional teams to develophigh-quality and engaging copy.Managetimelines and project schedules to ensure timely delivery of copy assets.Provideconstructive feedback and guidance to copywriters and agency teams.Coordinatewith external agencies and vendors to facilitate efficient creative reviews,approvals and production processes.(Ad-hocbasis) write and edit original copy for Consumer Marketing asset needs,including Paid Media (OLA, OLV, Social, Search) and Partnerships.BrandCreative GovernanceDevelopand steward marketing copy and brand advertising assets across all integratedmarketing channels (Paid Media, Channel/Retail, CRM, Organic Social, .com) toensure that HE brand/campaign guidelines are being adhered to.Reviewall marketing creative assets to ensure consistency with brand messaging, tone,and visual identity.Required Experience and Education:

5+ years of experience in copywriting or leading messaging strategy and copy for a brand, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics industries.Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of developing effective and engaging messaging strategy and copy for various marketing channels.Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.Necessary Skills and Attributes:

Must be able to develop compelling messaging that convey key selling propositions and align with the company's overall business objectives.Exceptional writing and editing abilities: A strong command of grammar, style, and tone is crucial for crafting compelling copy and messaging that resonates with target audiences. This includes the ability to be succinct, pithy and bold in style as well as adapt writing styles to suit different platforms and formats.Technical-to-Consumer-Friendly Language: Ability to turn complex technical features and product language into consumer friendly, easy-to-understand messaging. Proficiency in showcasing product and feature differentiation among relatively similar products that will resonate with our consumers.Project management: The capacity to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, resources are allocated effectively, and deliverables align with established goals and standards. This includes proficiency in managing timelines, multiple work streams and deliverables, as well as cross-functional team collaboration.Knowledge of consumer technologies, digital marketing and social media: Expertise in consumer technologies and various digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, is vital for reaching target audiences and achieving campaign objectives. This includes staying current with emerging technologies and trends in the ever-evolving digital landscape.Physical Demands:
