Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team, specializing in luxury ground transportation services. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record of cultivating relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering premium service experiences to high-end clients in the luxury travel sector.Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients in the luxury market who require premium ground transportation services.Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, event planners, and corporate partners to generate business opportunities.Consultative Selling:

Understand client needs and preferences, presenting tailored transportation solutions that align with their requirements.Service Presentation:

Showcase the unique features of our luxury vehicle fleet, amenities, and the high level of service our company offers.Customized Proposals:

Develop comprehensive and appealing proposals outlining transportation packages, rates, and additional services.Negotiation:

Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while maximizing revenue and maintaining profitability.Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and luxury travel preferences to remain competitive and innovative.Networking:

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand client base and strengthen industry connections.Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and opportunities in CRM systems.Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of transportation services and exceed client expectations.Sales Goals:

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives.Additional Duties:

Occasionally chauffeur for critical and VIP clients and accountsOccasionally assist with chauffeur training and developmentQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.Proven sales experience in the luxury travel industry, preferably with a focus on ground transportation services.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey value propositions to clients.Relationship-building expertise, with a talent for fostering connections and rapport with high-end clientele.Ability to understand client preferences and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs.Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales-related software.Strong organizational skills to manage leads, proposals, and sales activities effectively.Professional appearance, demeanor, and presentation skills, suitable for interacting with luxury clientele.Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and results oriented.Benefits:
