Sales Associate is the “quarterback“ of the customer relationship, and we are looking for superstars to grow our team. We are seeking an experienced sales performer who is looking to focus their skills to drive the sales of custom stabling equipment. Our Sales Associates work closely with clients, general contractors (GCs), and architects to help barn projects come to life. Sales Associates are responsible for qualifying leads, closing sales, arranging logistics, and communicating with the client throughout the sale.We are a leading provider of luxury custom horse stabling components, dedicated to delivering superior quality and innovative solutions for discerning equestrian clients. Our products are crafted with precision and designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics in high-end stabling environments. We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Salesperson to join our team and drive sales in this specialized market.ResponsibilitiesClient Development:

Identify and target potential clients in the luxury equestrian market, including horse owners, stable managers, and equestrian facility developers. Build and nurture relationships to drive new business and secure sales.

Consultative Sales:

Engage in in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific needs for custom stabling components. Provide expert recommendations and solutions that align with their requirements and preferences.

Product Presentations:

Showcase our range of luxury stabling components through detailed presentations, demonstrations, and site visits. Highlight the unique features, quality, and benefits of our products to effectively communicate their value.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Use market insights and competitive analysis to refine approaches and stay ahead of industry trends.

Customer Support:

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to product delivery and installation.

Documentation:

Prepare and manage all sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and invoices. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and client specifications.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to provide clients with relevant insights and maintain a competitive edge.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with design teams, project managers, and other internal departments to ensure that client needs are met and projects are executed to the highest standards.

QualificationsProven experience in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the luxury or custom construction market. Knowledge of equestrian stabling components and related needs is highly desirable.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and generating revenue growth.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative and client-focused approach.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry professionals.

Deep understanding of custom design processes, stabling components, and market dynamics in the luxury segment.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with equestrian terminology and standards is a plus.

Relevant certifications or licenses related to sales or construction are preferred.
