YPrime's Customer Experience and Data Science team is looking for an Associate Data Scientist to be responsible for supporting the teams activities for the collection, cleaning and transformation of data to meet our customer and company needs. In this role you will work in collaboration with the Data Scientist to ensure operational excellence across all deliverables. You'll be based in our Malvern, Pennsylvania headquarters .

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 1 year experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or Healthcare industryExperience with any data analysis package such as SPSS, SAS, R, or MATLABStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with clinical trials terminology, FDA, PMDA, and ICH guidelines as well as the drug development processAbility to develop software solutions in conjunction with data scientist, statistician, and study team to anticipate and meet client needsGood communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex, technical informationWell organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask

Extensive SQL knowledge is highly preferredAn interest and ability to learn data mapping

You'll be responsible for data transfer reviews, including ad hoc requests, snapshot reports, and study archival requests for high qualityYou'll manage metadata for data transfer specifications for internal systemsYou'll be able to make sense of data and extrapolate meaningful and actionable insightsYou'll interact with project teams as a data science team contact to provide advice and support for data deliverablesYou'll collaborate and work cross-functionally with Data Management teamYou'll interact effectively and independently with other functional unitsYou may support team's effort to the building of AI tolls that automate processes within the companyYou should be able to explore and present data in a useful wayYou'll perform installations and other related duties as required
