Director of Inpatient Nursing Services
Job Overview:As the Director of Inpatient Nursing Services, you will oversee clinical and procedural units, including an 8-bed ICU, a 12-bed Med/Surg floor, and a 24-bed Med/Tele floor. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring adherence to policies, maintaining adequate staffing levels, managing supplies and equipment, and optimizing patient flow. Additionally, you will be accountable for budget management, fostering continuous quality improvement, facilitating staff professional development, and ensuring compliance with annual competency requirements.
