Responsibilities: Design and implement Medicare Part D Claims system Design business logic and other business rules for validation and ensuring data quality Design eligibility rules Implement and integrate AWS infrastructure, including AWS Lambda, AWS Redshift, AWS Athena, AWS Glue, and AWS Quicksight Design storage mechanisms for archived claims Serve as an expert for ETL Design and implement standardized data management procedures around data staging, data ingestion, data preparation, data provisioning, and data destruction (scripts, programs, automation, assisted by automation, etc.) Ensure quality of technical solutions Provide insight into the changing data environment, data processing, data storage, and utilization requirements and offer suggestions for solutions Map the details within these artifacts to business processes, non-functional characteristics, QA criteria, and technical enablement Develop, construct, test, and maintain architectures Create data and solution architecture with business requirements and use programming language and tools Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality Deploy sophisticated analytics programs, machine learning, and statistical methods Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling and find hidden patterns using data Use data to discover tasks that can be automated Create data monitoring capabilities for each business process and work with data consumers on updates Help maintain the integrity and security of the company data Work remotely An ideal candidate has the following: U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's degree 7 years of experience in healthcare claims systems development, implementation, and operations 5 years of experience in database management and data analytics 5 years of experience in AWS platforms (Quicksight, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, etc.) AWS certification Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
