While our name may not be familiar to consumers, our products are key components of foods offered by many of the world's best-known companies.Responsibilities:Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing cost-effective technological solutions for the assigned site(s).Carrying out capital projects using the Early Equipment Management (EEM) framework within the GPS Methodology.Executing engineering design, development of specifications, scope of work definition, project planning and execution.Organizing and coordinating resource schedules and budgets to achieve Vertical Start-Up (VSU) in most of the assigned capital initiatives.Requirements:Minimum 7 years hands-on Engineering Project Management and execution experience.Working knowledge in site categories (dry mixes, soups/bases, flavor systems, sauces and dressings).Prior experience with building expansions for a food process environment.University degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields like Mechatronic Engineering.Background working in a Lean Manufacturing culture/environment.TPM - Early Management/Initiative & Innovation Management Pillar leadership background preferred.
