Thisposition will serve as the subject matter expert in Pharmacogenomics (PGx),performing activities directed at preventing ineffective or harmful initiationof drug therapy, and/or continuation of drug therapy that is not optimal inpatients who may be identified with genotypes that have associated actionabledrug-gene pairs. The roles and responsibilities relate to leading PGximplementation, providing PGx education to provider and pharmacy staff, andproviding patient care that incorporates PGx recommendations in a variety ofpractice areas both inpatient and outpatient utilizing a global scope ofpractice.You will:Help develop a PGx programincluding policies and pathways that promote the optimal use of PGxtestingContribute to the developmentand sustainment of PGx specific clinical decision supportTrack and report improvedpatient outcomesHourly Salary Range:$83.81 - $104.18 (Union represented, step based salary depending on years ofexperience)BargainingUnit: HX - UPTEQualifications
