At UCLAHealth, you can do all this and more with a primary focus in oncology patients.Maintenance and review of patient medication profiles; reviewing and verifyingphysician medication orders and patient medical records. Interacting withhealthcare professionals and providers to help promote safe medication use,prevent inappropriate or misuse of medications; provide clinical pharmacyservices (e.g., pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/POconversions, clinical protocols per pharmacy and pharmacistinterventions).

Schedule:Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

HourlySalary Range: $85.87 - $100.58 (Union represented, step based salary dependingon years of experience)

Qualifications

We areseeking an exceptionally-skilled and compassionate pharmacist with thefollowing qualifications:Doctor of Pharmacy DegreeCalifornia Pharmacy licenseASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency or at least a minimum of 1 year of pharmacy practice experience in oncologyRecent clinical oncology experience (within 5 years)Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferredPrevious infusion pharmacy experience preferredEPIC/Beacon experience preferredExceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skillsKnowledge of and ability to perform age specific and disease specific pharmacokinetic calculations
