MaterialHandling Equipment (MHE) Solution Design:Lead theconceptualization, design, and development of material handling automation and logisticssolutions.Utilizeexpertise in mechanical engineering to create detailed layouts, flow diagrams,technical and functional specifications.

Coordinationwith E&I and PLC Departments:Collaborateclosely with the Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) and ProgrammableLogic Controller (PLC) departments to ensure seamless integration of MHEsolutions.Providetechnical guidance and support to E&I and PLC teams during the design andimplementation phases.

Requestfor Quotation (RFQ) and Contractor Management:Preparecomprehensive RFQ documents for material handling projects.Assistin the contractor selection process and actively monitor contractor performanceon technical aspects.Ensurethat contractors adhere to project specifications and timelines.

FactoryAcceptance Tests (FAT):Executerelevant Factory Acceptance Tests for mechanical engineering to ensure thequality and functionality of MHE solutions.Documentand report on test results, making recommendations for improvements ifnecessary.

Compliancewith Safety and Ergonomics Norms:Ensurethat all MHE designs comply with local safety and norms.Collaboratewith relevant stakeholders to address safety considerations in the designprocess.

Coordinationwith Statutory Departments and Consultants:Liaisewith statutory departments and consultants for mechanical and MEP (Sprinkler)design and installation.Ensurecompliance with local regulations and standards in the mechanical and sprinklersystem designs.

Requirements:Bachelor'sdegree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Provenexperience (5 years) in designing material handling automation solutions, witha focus on logistics and efficiency.Proficiencyin CAD software and other relevant design tools.In-depthknowledge of E&I, PLC systems, and mechanical engineering principles.Experiencein preparing RFQ documents and managing contractors.Abilityto execute Factory Acceptance Tests and interpret test results.Familiaritywith safety and CE standards in material handling design.Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills for effective cross-departmentalcoordination.Experience in coordinating with statutorydepartment
