Worship/Tech Leader

• Recruit, train, schedule, and provide regular communication with Worship Team Volunteers• Work with Lead Pastor to plan weekly services and special events• Serve as primary worship leader• Lead Sunday morning rehearsal• Continue to expand our worship music rotation with theologically sound songs from reputable sources• Oversee care of church musical equipmentTech:• Provide leadership and oversight to the Tech Ministry (audio, projection, ProPresenter, livestreaming, video/audio recording, etc.)• Recruit, train, schedule, and provide regular communication with Tech Team Volunteers• Update various software and subscriptions• Maintain and steward various church tech/business accounts (Adobe, Microsoft, Apple, Sweetwater, Guitar Center, NVIDIA, iStock. HP, Vistaprint, etc.)• Maintain and steward various social media channels (Youtube, Facebook, Rumble, Instagram)• Perform weekly or otherwise necessary creation of digital media (sermon slides, pre-service slides, web banners, special event media, etc.)• In conjunction with Tech Leader, oversee care of church technical equipmentMaintenance:• Assist the Assistant Pastor with seasonal clean up, maintenance, or other projects as needed
