Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursingActive and unencumbered Registered Nurse license1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar settingBLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart AssociationStrong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient careProficiency in electronic medical record systemsResponsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with both acute and chronic medical conditionsAdminister medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physiciansCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planningEducate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge careAccurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policiesBenefits:
