We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Post Acute Care facility.This facility is primarily focused on short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services, offering specialized nursing care and therapy for patients recovering from surgeries, illnesses, or hospital stays who require additional medical support before returning home. Their services often include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other rehabilitation programs to help patients regain strength and independence.Patient Demographics

Adults and Seniors : The majority of patients are adults and elderly individuals who need recovery and rehabilitation after hospital stays, surgeries, or acute medical events such as strokes, fractures, or cardiac conditions.Patients with Chronic or Complex Conditions : This includes those with chronic illnesses or complex medical conditions requiring ongoing medical supervision, such as respiratory or cardiac issues, diabetes management, or neurological disorders.Short-Term Rehabilitation Patients : Patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or other acute medical conditions who need short-term, intensive rehabilitation (physical, occupational, or speech therapy) to regain function and independence.Long-Term Care Residents : Some patients may require long-term care due to debilitating illnesses, severe injuries, or age-related conditions that prevent them from living independently.Qualifications

1 year in the past 3 years (professional) nursing experience
