The Business Development Representative will report to the Vice President of Multi Family, Kyle Collins. In this role, the Restoration sales rep will be responsible for targeting commericial and multi family businesses. Establishing relationships, and promote the companies restoration services. The ideal person for this position should have experience in sales and be able to identify potential clients, generate leads, and close deals. You will be communicating with managers and associates, assessing their needs, presenting solutions to them, so good communication skills are crucial. You should have good understanding of restoration services, and be able to explain the services in a clear and concise way. This person must be able to work in a fast paced environment with an appreciation for structured and standard operating procedures. The position will require the ability to plan and organize presentations. The sales rep must go the extra mile, have a strong work ethic and have a high level of integrity. This is an on-call position.

Accountabilities;

As the Restoration Business Development Representative you will be the driver of new sales for the mitigation and structure business for your branchReports to Vice President of Multi Family - Kyle CollinsAttend trade shows and conferences to network and showcase your servicesCreate targeted marketing campaigns to reach customers to educate them on your servicesStay up to date with the latest industry trends and regulations and share the information with customers to position our company as a trusted source of knowledgeCollaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that customers receive the best possible serviceMust be friendly and not over the top in salesmanshipTravels sales area developing new relationships and sales leadsExceptional skills in communication, organization and time management, develop and maintain relationshipsWill be required to be active on social media professionally (Linked-In, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)Planning and organizing networking luncheons and presentationsAccountable for being on-callRequirements;

Sales experience required but will train the right personClean driving record, valid drivers license and eligibility to work in the US.Must pass background checkMust pass drug screenOrganizing and planning skillsStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power Point, Word, etc.)

Compensation;

Salary $40K/yr, Plus commission. Potential to earn an annual income of $100k or more.
