The Plant Company (TPC) is a newly established business currently

expanding

into its Phase 2 production facility bringing us to a total of 10 acres! Phase 2 encompasses a greenhouse facility along with a production barn. This is a state-of-the-art, controlled environment greenhouse for the sustainable production of tropical indoor foliage plants of consistent and exceptional quality.

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Northeast Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will

live

in the Northeast territory and be responsible for managing and expanding our sales activities. This key role will build strong relationships with clients and aim to not only achieve but exceed sales targets on a commission plan!

This role is open due to our successful Sales Manager in that territory ready to take on a new role in our growing company. She is excited to mentor and transition her territory to the next best sales representative eager to step into her shoes, advocate for her current clients, and go after new business! Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned territoryBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsConduct regular client visits and product demonstrations to promote our products and servicesIdentify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and cold callingCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and servicesAttend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay updated on market trends and competitor activitiesProvide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growthRequirements

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the Northeast territoryStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to build rapport and establish trust with clientsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territoryKnowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits :
