Euroline Steel Windows & Doors is seeking a dynamic Northeast Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and brand awareness in one of our most strategic regions. As a key ambassador of the Euroline Luxury Experience, you’ll collaborate with top-tier dealers, architects, and contractors to elevate our presence in the luxury residential market. If you're a driven sales professional with a proven ability to influence decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Opportunity Management Develop and manage a high-value pipeline with opportunities > $100K tracked in CRM Actively manage the top 10 opportunities monthly with direct client engagement and follow-up Qualify and assign new leads within 24 hours; maintain activity tracking in CRM Build and deepen trusted relationships with luxury product dealers and dealer reps Provide product and sales training (101 & 102), place POP materials, and support showroom visibility Help dealers improve quote quality and conversion rates; lead goal-setting and quarterly reviews Architectural Engagement Deliver a minimum of 2 architectural presentations per month Cultivate relationships with architects to increase ESW specifications and brand loyalty Identify and convert architects specifying competing brands Internal Collaboration & Customer Experience Be a brand ambassador aligned with Euroline’s mission and core values Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and smooth order processing Provide consistent, clear communication throughout the sales cycle and project execution What We’re Looking For Minimum of 6 years successful sales experience , preferably in luxury residential or custom manufacturing Proven experience selling through dealer and distributor channels , including to contractors and architects Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence high-level stakeholders CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills to manage complex sales processes Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred Ability to read blueprints and understand architectural drawings is a plus Why Join Euroline?
