FLS Transportation is currently looking for an experienced, energetic, and motivated Transportation Brokerage Sales Professionals to join our established and growing organization as a Sales Executive. The objective is to build and maintain a high-performance sales organization to effectively achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidates will have a solid experience in a 3PL environment. The sales executive will have a network to call upon and demonstrate success in selling in a third-party (3PL) brokerage environment.

Responsibilities will include:

Generate sales leads by inside sales networking, cold-calling prospects, and building relationships as part of a coordinated sales strategy;Maintain relationships with existing clientele and build business internally;Ensure new customers and business are fostered;Create sales strategies by gathering market information, analyzing opportunities, and documenting sales methodology;Responding to client prospect inquiries by preparing responses to requests for proposals (RFP-s) and requests for quotations (RFQ-s);Prepare presentations and delivering to prospective clients.REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in freight brokerage sales, with a desire to grow professionally;Minimum two years in sales experience (3PL industry required);Ability to bring on, close, and deliver new business;Out-going, "Hunter" personality;Hard Working. Entrepreneurial. Accountable and Pro-Active;Organized, detail-oriented - excellent follow-up skills are essential;Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
