OneStream Engagement Lead
will oversee relationships with our enterprise-level clients focusing on financial close processes and solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong relationships with strategic clients demonstrated by the ability to understand clients’ needs and requirements, aligning them with our best-in-cloud solutions to achieve their goals. The engagement lead is expected to drive strong delivery of existing work which will help lead to adjacent opportunities in different functions, business units, and/or regions within an enterprise ecosystem.Ideal candidates will be able to:Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clientsAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesUnderstand their business processes and advise on best practices where applicableLead multi-faceted internal teams, balancing SR’s resources to maximize impact on the customer while focusing on their professional development and career progressionEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metricsQualifications:Proven experience as an engagement/project manager in technology or management consultingStrong knowledge of financial close processes, including account reconciliations, journal entries, consolidation, and financial reportingExperience with Cash Flow, eliminations, and complex currency calculationsExperience in sales and providing financial close solutions based on client needsExperience with OneStream or similar cloud-based technology a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levelsExcellent organizational skillsAbility in problem-solving and negotiationWhat else to expectIn the OneStream practice, we invest in your learning by providing ongoing training through our partnership with OneStream to ensure your success in implementing their technology offerings to meet our clients' needs.We believe giving back is core to our values, and as part of this effort, you will be given the opportunity to participate in SR’s day of service, giving back to our global community.
